Delete your Blocks account

Who can delete an account

A Blocks account is the workspace your team shares, and only one of its admins can delete it. Deleting it removes it for everyone in it. If you're a member but not an admin, see If you're not an admin below.

Before you start

If the account has an active paid subscription, cancel it first under Account → Billing. Deletion can't be requested while a subscription is active.

Request deletion

The 30-day grace period

The account is deleted 30 days after the request. Until then everything keeps working, and any admin can cancel the request: select Undo delete request under Account → My account on the web, or cancel it from Settings in the mobile app.

What is deleted

When the grace period ends: • The account is deactivated and every member is removed from it, so no one can sign in to it. • Members who don't belong to any other Blocks account are anonymized: their name, email address, profile photo and phone number are removed. • The users of the account's apps are deactivated, and its integration connections and stored integration credentials are revoked. • Every sign-in session of the account's members is ended. To have us erase any remaining content, such as your apps and their data, email support@blocks.diy from an admin's email address. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you're not an admin

Ask one of the account's admins to remove you from the account (they're listed under Account → Account admins). To have your personal data deleted, email support@blocks.diy from the email address you log in with, and we'll take care of it.
